About us
Founded in 2023, Trifoody.is a food bank organization that operates a food-sharing service app.
Every year, 1.3 billion tons of food is wasted, even though 10% of the world's population is starving. It is known that food is the most discarded household waste.
Therefore,Trifoody. aims to reduce food waste from all consumers and producers by collecting food that would otherwise be wasted or overproduced, and redistributing and selling it to those in need. In addition, by providing the food-sharing app "Trifoody" which supports English and Japanese, we aim to not only use it in Japan but also to support people around the world who have trouble obtaining food. Also, our activities support the SDGs and are committed to improving the lives of people in need.

There are various food sharing systems and services in Japan, but Trifoody separates users into individuals, companies, and charity organizations such as food banks, and is different from traditional business between two parties. This is an app that is operated under a new relationship.In other words, by connecting communities in a "triangle", Trifoody is able to build new connections that effectively connect food stakeholders, unlike B2B or B2C.
